Using InsightStack

InsightStack provides analytics on data from the Shopify store you connect. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Your data

You retain ownership of your store data. We process it solely to provide the analytics described in the product. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorised to access.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, InsightStack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
